Located on the west coast of Africa, Equatorial Guinea is on the road to transformation. Lush rainforests, beautiful islands, and pristine beaches sit side-by-side with golf courses, nightlife, and eco-tourism.
Filmed over the course of about 10 days in-country, Digital Bard worked with East West Communications to crisscross the nation and bring back interviews and footage to support a number of objectives. An 11-minute mini-documentary was crafted to help highlight the qualities of this growing country and efforts of the government to modernize infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
We are returning to Equatorial Guinea in September to continue our work. This time, we’ll focus on the history of the country in the time since they won independence from Spain. The milestone 50th anniversary of independence will be marked in 2018.
